Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Cyber Strategy & Policy SME to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. 


Responsibilities:

  • Research, evaluate, and contribute to the development and coordination of cyber strategy, policy, and doctrine supporting cyberspace operations across the Department of Defense, Military Services, Combatant Commands, and national-level organizations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on executive-level initiatives by providing subject matter expertise and developing strategic recommendations that shape the future of cyberspace operations.
  • Collaborate with interagency partners and coalition stakeholders to support cyber policy development, ensuring Department of Defense and USCYBERCOM authorities, interests, and equities are effectively represented.
  • Monitor emerging cyber policy developments, legislative changes, and strategic initiatives that may impact the Department of Defense and USCYBERCOM, providing timely analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, well-organized written products, briefings, and executive communications for senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex policy and program challenges, conduct risk assessments, and develop practical, innovative solutions that support mission objectives.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience required
  • TS/SCI/CI Poly Required
  • Strong written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in joint and interagency environments
