  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to convey complex ideas, drive project plans, and moderate discussion and debate with increasing independence
  • Prepare executive level presentations summarizing findings and recommending actions

  • Evaluate investment opportunities, including M&A, for strategic fit and financial return
  • Design corresponding organization and operating model to support the implementation of strategic decisions
  • 'Manage up' by appropriately engaging team and company leadership on critical findings or decision points, while acting as a collaborative partner and mentor to colleagues inside and outside the Strategy organization

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of pre-MBA strategy consulting experience
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and drive multiple simultaneous projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills including using a hypothesis-driven approach to define and deconstruct problems, structure appropriate quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses, and identify implications and "so what's" of data and analysis
  • Ability to formulate and deliver complex information to senior management in a concise and clear way, in both written and oral presentation

Nice to Have:

  • 1-2 years within construction, manufacturing, or adjacent industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong financial and Excel modeling skills; experience in Tableau and Alteryx preferred, but not required
