We're looking for a Manager, Creative Strategy, to join our LCS team in the Americas. This role requires a dynamic leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, balancing global team management with direct client engagement. With a strong background in both creative ideation, brand strategy and performance marketing solutions, you will drive growth for Snap's largest clients in the Americas region while leading and developing a high-performing team based in the Americas.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Creative Strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Client Engagement: Work hands-on with key large-sized clients across the Americas to develop creative advertising strategies that leverage Snap's suite of Ad Products.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and seamless execution of creative solutions.

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with Snap's business goals and address the unique needs of large clients.

  • Performance and Brand Balance: Leverage expertise in both performance and brand marketing to deliver holistic solutions that drive measurable outcomes while building long-term brand equity.

  • Data-Driven Creativity: Use insights and analytics to inform creative strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver results that meet or exceed client objectives.

  • Hands-on experience working with large clients across a range of categories.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Snapchat's tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage them effectively.

  • Experience developing scalable, repeatable creative frameworks.

  • Proven ability to balance hands-on client work with team management responsibilities.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $164,000-$246,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $147,000-$220,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
