Responsibilities
The Queen's Health System is seeking a dynamic Strategic Integration Project Manager to assist in the successful integration of newly acquired organizations and maximize the value of strategic growth initiatives. This high-impact role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in complex environments, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about driving organizational change across a healthcare system.
As a trusted partner, you will oversee integration efforts from strategy through execution, ensuring that business synergies, operational efficiencies, and financial objectives are achieved while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and sustainable change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
B. CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• Current project management certification (PMP) required.
• Current change management certification preferred.
C. EXPERIENCE:
• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in business consulting, healthcare/hospital administration, corporate development, or strategic project planning.
• Five (5) years of project management experience, including large and complex initiatives.
• Two (2) years of experiencing managing post-merger operational or systems integrations.
• Healthcare integration experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience showing the following:
o Ability to organize, lead and manage significant capital and strategic projects and programs.
o Operational or business analysis experience using data to solve problems.
o Ability to work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of people to lead and implement process and operational changes.
o Ability to facilitate large groups and breakout discussions in-person and online.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to synthesize and visualize complicated concepts.
o Ability to document value streams and workflows using Visio.
o Advanced computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of project management and organizational change management principles, frameworks, and methods.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerBI, and Smartsheet preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare/hospital administration preferred.
