Job description

Job Purpose
The Manager, Brand and Marketing is an experienced corporate branding and marketing professional who leads and supports LT's three-person Brand and Marketing team. This role has two primary functions: leading the top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts of LT to support program recruitment, and leading, developing, and working with a team to execute aligned brand strategies across LT's entire portfolio of facilities, programs, and services. The Manager provides direct supervision to teammates in Graphic Design, Social Media, and Multimedia, and is responsible for fostering an environment that values creativity, innovation, positivity, and inspiration. This role requires a strong relationship builder who deeply collaborates both within the department and across functional areas, and who brings exceptional organizational and project management skills, outstanding professional judgment and discretion, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Branding
  • Alongside the Managing Director of Strategy and Communication, develop and implement branding strategies to ensure a cohesive, unified LT brand.

Marketing
  • Alongside Program Leadership, develop effective marketing recruitment campaigns to generate awareness and interest in LT, leading to enrollment in programs.

Digital & Social Media Strategy
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media strategies that increase engagement with LT's audiences and amplify the organization's impact.

Content Creation & Oversight
  • Supervise the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including email, digital, and broadcast marketing.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and support a team of three, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.

Other duties
  • Contribute to the Trust's success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team and organization results.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of people management experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and proficiency.
  • Experience working in a Mac environment preferred.
  • Passionate about LT's mission, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Travel Requirements

Terms and Conditions of Employment
As a condition of employment, employee will be subject to LT's policies and procedures. This position is required to be in office a minimum of four days per week.
