Position Summary
The Sr. Business Development Specialist will support the development and execution of new W&D growth initiatives. This role will focus on market analysis, financial evaluation, proposal development, and project execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis
  • Identify and evaluate new customer and business opportunities
  • Develop financial models and support business case preparation
  • Support RFP strategy development and proposal preparation
  • Analyze contract structures and risk factors
  • Act as PMO for new business initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and post-launch performance
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience (logistics, SCM, consulting, manufacturing, or related industries)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint proficiency required)
  • Data-driven mindset with structured problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
