We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiries. We believe in providing exceptional service, and your contributions will directly influence customer retention and brand loyalty.
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to assist customers.
