Within our new Aerospace & Mission Systems (AMS) segment of BAE Systems, Inc., the business area of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) develops systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
Within C4ISR and its Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) product line, the Operations Director for the Airborne Tactical Radios (ATR) Program Area will ensure achievement of manufacturing, supply chain, financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives for a strategic portfolio of products and more than 100,000 military radios deployed globally.
This leader will join a growing and dynamic team of 6 direct reports and assume responsibility for Operations strategy and execuction of a portfolio chartered with growing the business while ramping several franchise programs from development to full rate production and sustainment.

Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related technical field and 8+ years of progressive leadership in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other related manufacturing experience
