As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's ECO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.
The Business Analytics Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and performance insights that support strategic planning, change execution, and business decision-making across the Enterprise Change Office. This role is accountable for establishing team priorities, developing analytical talent, and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that enables leaders to monitor outcomes, identify risks, and drive value realization. The manager will oversee the development of metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that measure adoption, operational performance, and business impact, while promoting strong data governance, data quality, and reporting standards. Working closely with Line of Business, Finance, Risk, HR, Technology, and Strategic Portfolio Management partners, this leader will ensure alignment of analytics solutions to enterprise objectives and will translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership. The role also requires fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability while advancing the team's reporting and analytics capabilities to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.

Job Description
  • Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.
  • Identifying, sizing, planning and prioritizing opportunities for processes or performance management through analytics.
  • Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects to define necessary resources.
  • Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.
  • Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Base Salary: $100,100.00 - $185,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
