Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and clients, leveraging deep product expertise, healthcare strategy analytics, and business acumen to influence long-term planning and operational decision-making across Sg2 products. You will partner with Product Strategy Management (PSM) and Service Delivery Executive (SDE) leaders to shape product direction, guide strategic client engagement, and align product capabilities with evolving healthcare market trends. You will partner with clients to operationalize Sg2 analytics, methodologies, and forecasting tools within their strategic planning efforts and decision-making processes, enabling sustained adoption and measurable organizational impact of Sg2 products. You will lead executive-level discussions, drive adoption of forecasting and analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights that help clients achieve measurable business outcomes while maintaining strong Product Advisor/CSA engagement across all Sg2 accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic product delivery in partnership with PSM and SDE leaders for designated Sg2 product lines, including forecasting, state data analysis, demographics solutions, and healthcare strategy analytics tools.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive client stakeholders by aligning Sg2 product capabilities with organizational priorities, growth strategies, market positioning, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Guide executive-level client discussions and strategic business reviews focused on healthcare strategy, market trends, service line growth, network optimization, operational performance, and financial decision-making.
  • Advise clients on the strategic application of Sg2 tools, forecasting methodologies, and analytics solutions to drive adoption, improve utilization, and support measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across designated Sg2 products and analytics offerings, translating complex data, forecasting outputs, and healthcare market intelligence into actionable operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence product strategy and roadmap planning by identifying client needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and enhancement recommendations informed by healthcare industry insights and client feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, strategy, analytics, sales, and client success teams to optimize product performance, improve client outcomes, and support enterprise strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive presentations, educational sessions, thought leadership materials, and conference content that strengthen client engagement and position Sg2 as a strategic healthcare advisor.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, consistency across products, and overall client value realization.
  • Support business development, retention, and expansion efforts by identifying opportunities for subscription growth, deeper client partnerships, and innovative client solutions.
  • Facilitate change management activities and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client, operational, and product-related challenges while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach Product Advisors/CSAs, drive consistency in client engagement practices, and provide strategic guidance in the analysis and resolution of complex client, product, operational, and analytics-related challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Population Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare strategy analytics, forecasting methodologies, healthcare market intelligence, state data analysis, or service line planning required.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead strategic client engagements, and support complex healthcare decision-making preferred.
  • Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, product enhancement initiatives, or enterprise strategic planning efforts preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, financial acumen, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex healthcare analytics, forecasting outputs, and market intelligence into actionable business, operational, and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation, facilitation, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships, lead cross-functional collaboration, support change management initiatives, and identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations with growth strategy, network planning, operational transformation, or market analysis preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing decisions across highly matrixed teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep subject matter expertise in complex analytics products, forecasting methodologies, healthcare market intelligence, and data-driven decision support tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15%.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
