Job description

The IRF Purchasing Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing global sourcing strategies and inter-regional supply flows, ensuring contract integrity, supply continuity, and alignment across Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Finance.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead coordination of inter-regional sourcing flows between NA and supplier regions (e.g., EE, SA, MEA, IAP)
  • Manage supplier and stakeholder interfaces across Purchasing, SCM, Engineering, and Finance
  • Execute sourcing decisions, lineup changes, and regional item setup in alignment with approved strategy
  • Oversee contract creation, maintenance, and pricing updates for IRF flows
  • Support capacity alignment, claims resolution, and escalation management with SCM
  • Drive data accuracy and execution in systems (e.g., PentaSAP, GST)
  • Contribute to commodity strategies and program sourcing decisions involving IRF
