What You'll Do

  • Lead the company's purchasing and pricing strategy end to end
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and cost-saving opportunities that move the needle
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that protect margins while keeping the company competitive
  • Maintain the integrity of the item file — new items, cost updates, vendor assignments, and pricing accuracy
  • Monitor gross margins, purchasing performance, and departmental spending through ongoing reporting and analysis
  • Coach and develop the Purchasing Coordinator, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, pricing, merchandising, or category management
