Job description

What Drives Success

Under general supervision, oversees multiple national HVAC replacement projects of complex nature. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to

  • Defines project scope and objectives.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations.
  • Manages the integration of project tasks and tracks and reviews deliverables.
  • Provides analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
  • Makes decision on client requirements and change in schedules.
  • Ensures budgetary compliance. Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Periodic field visits and inspections
  • Works closely with Branch Managers Subcontractors and vendors to provide Customers with consistent pricing and deliverables
  • Reviews all cost categories of projects for Subcontractor and Branch projects
  • Escalates issues, as necessary, to Area Managers and Leadership to ensure Projects remain on schedule
  • Communicates effectively and understands the correct medium for the situation (phone, email, text, in person)
  • Conducts post mortem studies to determine where Projects either succeeded or failed and develops Plans to learn from the Company's experiences
  • Completes close-out procedure for Projects including gathering and assembling post-install pictures and documents as well as invoicing for completed Work
  • Seeks new Subcontractor relationships in strategic locations to strengthen Lennox coverage areas
  • Ensures that Lennox Safety Handbook is provided to our Subcontractors and they follow stated guidelines
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum three years project administration experience required
  • HVAC industry knowledge/experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or years of relevant experience preferred
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., ability to climb ladders safely
  • Ability to carry out projects from inception to completion with minimal direction; works with a high degree of urgency and self-motivation
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others
  • Ability to produce high-quality work consistently on multiple assignments
  • Exceptional organization, time management and project management skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adjust accordingly to ensure timely and budgetary commitments
What We Offer

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
