The Position: Strategic Project Coordinator

  • This is not a remote position.
  • Position location: Charlotte NC
  • This is an entry level position
  • Travel will be required as needed, up to 50%

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Managing Directors on strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives
  • Support integration activities across acquired and existing operations
  • Identify and evaluate business development opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects
  • Prepare executive presentations, analyses, and other presentation materials as assigned
  • Conduct market analysis to support decision-making
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment
  • Support executive meeting preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups
  • Track key milestones, deliverables, and transformation initiatives
  • Support internal communication and change management activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to frequently travel, both to domestic and international destinations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
