Are you passionate about leading projects, building customer relationships, and driving successful product launches? We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Program Manager to oversee key customer programs from launch through production.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality expectations, and achieve business objectives. What You'll Do

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.

· Lead customer programs from award through production and ongoing lifecycle management.

· Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure successful execution.

· Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.

· Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status.

· Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Monitor program performance, timing, and profitability.

· Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem solving.


What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

· Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams.
