Job description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Executive Education Program Advisor to serve as the strategic architect of AI and cloud transformation learning for senior public sector and education leaders. In this role, you will architect, design, and deliver executive education experiences that accelerate digital transformation across the Education and State & Local Government (EDU/SLG) market segments - equipping CIOs, IT leaders, Agency and Department Directors, and mission owners with the strategic frameworks to lead cloud adoption and AI-driven modernization across the EDU/SLG market segments.
Education and government institutions are navigating unprecedented transformation: shifting service delivery models, mounting cybersecurity threats, and the emergence of generative AI as a force multiplier for public outcomes.

As a member of the EDU/SLG Vertical and Strategic Engagement Team, you will translate AWS capabilities into decision-ready insights for leaders who shape policy, allocate budgets, and define institutional direction. You will develop and deliver curriculum spanning cloud strategy, data driven governance, AI/ML adoption, and security posture through executive briefings, immersive workshops, multi-institutional forums, and sustained engagement programs, building durable relationships that drive long-term cloud preference and adoption.
Key job responsibilities
Executive Curriculum Design & Delivery: Architect, develop, and deliver executive education programs tailored to senior public sector and education leaders, shifting participants from awareness to action on cloud and AI adoption
Strategic Program Management: Own end-to-end program lifecycle from needs assessment and curriculum architecture through delivery, measurement, and iteration, ensuring programs remain current with AWS innovations and market dynamics
Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, solution architects, specialists, and WWPS leadership to translate field intelligence into program content, and feed executive insights back to inform go-to-market strategy, so program content stays grounded in real customer priorities and field teams benefit from the insights gathered
Content & Thought Leadership: Develop compelling executive-level content including case studies, workshop frameworks, and presentation materials that position AWS as the strategic partner for public sector modernization
Faculty Orchestration: Identify, recruit, and coordinate internal and external subject matter experts and executive faculty to deliver world-class learning experiences
Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure program effectiveness, capture lessons learned, and continuously refine approaches based on participant outcomes and business impact
Innovation & Scaling: Pioneer new delivery formats such as digital-first experiences, cohort-based programs, and blended learning models to extend reach beyond in-person engagements. Build repeatable frameworks and enablement toolkits that equip field teams and partners to deliver programs independently, scaling impact across the business
