The Opportunity
As a Pricefx Implementation Lead - Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of innovative technology solutions, focusing on seamless integration and efficient project execution within our Technology Delivery team. You will manage the end-to-end delivery process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will be part of our Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will have the opportunity to work on Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management, contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Pricefx solutions, managing end-to-end delivery processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology integrations
- Developing and executing project plans using project management software to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in the creation and refinement of user stories and product roadmaps
- Overseeing the software release life cycle, confirming timely and efficient delivery
- Conducting design workshops to align technology solutions with client needs
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized performance
- Encouraging team development through coaching and feedback, leveraging individual strengths
- Addressing project risks and issues, facilitating resolutions with stakeholders
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in software development
- Validating data integrity and security within technology frameworks
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing project success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
