Position Summary
Seasoned, legal sales industry professional with extensive experience in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets. Strong background in consultative selling, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Known for delivering measurable results through a combination of market insight, persuasive commission and a customer-focused approach. Seeking a role where proven sales expertise, resilience, and business development skills can contribute to the organization's continued success.
Position Location: Texas, Remote
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing approach to secure new and additional business for Compass.
  • Leverage and maintain relationships with key leaders in the legal community.
  • Systemically and autonomously outreach to current contacts and new prospective clients through various channels resulting in the generation of profitable business for Compass.
  • Regularly attend and promote Compass at trial lawyer events and seminars.
  • Independently and actively manage all leads using Salesforce to qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process.
  • Independently manage sales data acquired through sales efforts using Salesforce.
  • Educate attorneys in the value of Compass' services to drive case referrals.
  • Meet or exceed all sales goals set by the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in various B2B sales techniques, including cold phone calling, lead generation, and office visits.
  • Over 5 years' experience providing excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven history of sourcing new clients.
  • 2+ years' experience in Salesforce or other CRM experience, required.
  • 5-10+ years of experience working in the legal services sales field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.

    • Can demonstrate the ability to use Excel filters and mail merge functions; must be able to independently build presentation content and slides for clients.

  • Strong communication, speaking and writing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 35% of the time, with flexibility for periods requiring up to 50% travel, based on business needs.
