Job Summary:
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will support the development, management, and optimization of partnerships to ensure they are measurable, profitable, and scalable growth drivers for Access Medical Laboratories. This role plays a key part in analyzing partnership performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing strategies that enhance revenue and operational efficiency.

This position sits at the intersection of strategy, data, operations, and relationship management, with a focus on driving performance, supporting partnership growth, and maximizing return on partnership investments. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure partnerships are aligned with company goals and positioned for long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

Partnership Revenue & Performance Ownership

  • Support ownership of revenue, margin, and growth performance across partnerships
  • Help establish and track benchmarks, KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, improve, or address underperforming partnerships
  • Drive increased revenue per partner through execution of expansion and optimization strategies

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain partnership scorecards and reporting frameworks
  • Build and manage dashboards tracking revenue, margin, growth, volume, and churn
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reporting to leadership
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights

Strategic Partner Engagement & Expansion

  • Manage relationships with key strategic partners and support prioritization efforts
  • Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional services, programs, or markets
  • Act as a primary point of contact for select high-impact partnerships

Operational & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing, and IT to support partnership execution
  • Help establish and improve onboarding, launch, and escalation processes
  • Address operational challenges impacting partner performance or satisfaction
  • Ensure partnerships are set up for operational success and scalability

Strategic Growth & New Partnerships

  • Identify and support evaluation of new partnership opportunities aligned with company goals
  • Assist in developing and refining partnership playbooks and processes
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new partnerships to meet performance expectations
  • Track progress toward profitability and growth targets for new partnerships

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to team members
  • Contribute to building scalable processes and infrastructure for partnership growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on team development and resource planning
 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5?8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles
  • Proven experience supporting revenue growth through partnerships or channel development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience contributing to partnership performance, revenue growth, and optimization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or a regulated environment preferred
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms
