Job Title: Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Position Summary


The Manager of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and growing key corporate and community partnerships that support the mission of Ronald McDonald House Atlanta. This relationship-focused role serves as the primary liaison to the Greater Atlanta McDonald's Owner/Operator Association while managing a portfolio of corporate partners and sponsors.

The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder who enjoys connecting partners to mission, creating meaningful engagement opportunities, and delivering exceptional stewardship experiences. Through strategic relationship management and community engagement, this role helps strengthen support for families served by Ronald McDonald House Atlanta.

Essential Responsibilities

McDonald's Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for the Greater Atlanta McDonald's Owner/Operator Association and related stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Owner/Operators, restaurant leadership teams, and McDonald's corporate representatives.
  • Coordinate communications, recognition, stewardship activities, and engagement opportunities that strengthen McDonald's connection to Ronald McDonald House Atlanta.
  • Support McDonald's fundraising initiatives, including Round-Up campaigns and other programs that benefit Ronald McDonald House Atlanta.
  • Represent Ronald McDonald House Atlanta at Owner/Operator meetings, restaurant visits, volunteer activities, and community events.
  • Identify opportunities to expand participation, fundraising, and volunteer engagement throughout the McDonald's community.

Corporate Partnerships & Stewardship

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate partners and sponsors through ongoing cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management.
  • Secure sponsorship renewals and identify opportunities for increased support and engagement.
  • Develop customized partnership experiences that connect companies and employees to Ronald McDonald House Atlanta 's mission.
  • Ensure fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, recognition opportunities, reporting, and partner communications.
  • Prepare proposals, impact reports, presentations, and stewardship materials that demonstrate the value and impact of corporate support.

Community Engagement & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of signature fundraising events and corporate engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Volunteer Services, and Family Services teams to maximize partner experiences.
  • Serve as a liaison for community fundraising initiatives and third-party events benefiting Ronald McDonald House Atlanta.
  • Act as an ambassador for Ronald McDonald House Atlanta within the business and nonprofit communities.
  • Participate in networking events, donor functions, and community outreach activities to increase organizational visibility and strengthen relationships.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, community relations, account management, sales, or nonprofit development.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining external relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
