We're looking for a motivated Design Intern to join our marketing team and support the creative work behind the Ampleo brand and our divisions. You'll get hands-on experience building real assets that go out to real clients, not meaningless busywork. • Support website updates and light web design work alongside our marketing and shared services teams
  • Help maintain brand consistency across Ampleo and its divisions, following established brand guidelines
  • Assist with content for the division content calendars, including graphics for articles, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Business Partners on campaign and event materials
  • Organize design files and assets so they're easy for the team to find and reuse
  • Bring fresh ideas and be willing to experiment, take feedback, and iterate quickly

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
  • Real client-facing design experience across multiple industries and brands
  • Direct mentorship from experienced marketing and creative professionals
  • Exposure to how design, marketing strategy, and business goals connect

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
  • An eye for clean, modern design and a developing sense of typography, color, and layout
  • Basic familiarity with PowerPoint/Google Slides and an interest in web design principles
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a few projects at once
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and genuine interest in growing a design career
  • A portfolio or sample work you're proud to share (school projects welcome)
