  • Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively position and sell RAM Mounts solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal and vendor stakeholders to execute partner-focused enablement initiatives.

Account Planning & Collaboration

  • Partner with 3Eye Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategic account plans that support shared business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with RAM Mounts to align growth initiatives, partner priorities, and field activities.

  • Maintain regular communication with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution.

Events & Field Engagement

  • Represent 3Eye and RAM Mounts at partner meetings, customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows.

  • Coordinate and support partner events, customer demonstrations, and business development activities throughout the Chicago market and surrounding region.

  • Serve as a local presence for RAM Mounts across strategic partner engagements.

Pipeline & Activity Management

  • Maintain accurate records of partner engagement, account activity, and opportunity progression within Salesforce.

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline development, partner activity, and strategic initiatives to support business planning and performance reviews.

  • Leverage data and reporting to identify trends and recommend opportunities for continued growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, strategic account management, or reseller enablement.

  • Demonstrated success building relationships and growing business within channel partner organizations.

  • Strong understanding of the IT channel, value-added resellers, and national solution providers.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience conducting partner training and sales enablement activities.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
