Job Title: Senior Strategic Partner Integration
Location: Fort Meade, MD 20755

Job Type: Full-Time
PD Inc International is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Strategic Partner Integration to provide Cybersecurity Management support in a U.S. government (DoD) environment
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree with major in IT, engineering, science, or mathematics
Years of Experience:
  • Five + years of relevant/recent experience cybersecurity experience.   
  • Three + years of relevant/recent experience with Microsoft Office Products.
Certification Requirements:
  • Current 8570/8140 requirement certification with either a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) or a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.  
Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
Requirements:
Subtask 1 – Planning.
Analyze and solicit Cybersecurity Division feedback for current and planned programs and/or projects to determine security risks and technical feasibility, to include implementation and sustainment resource requirements.
Provide security engineering and integration services to include Service Request Form (SRF) and Letter Estimate evaluations for Strategic Partner programs. Ensure information system programs are registered in DoD’s mandated program registration system during SRF review process. Review technical, operational, and cybersecurity design requirements for Strategic Partner programs to validate logical sequence of implementation task execution, and compliance with policies, regulations, Federal Law, and cybersecurity practices. Analyze major/critical cybersecurity implementation problems for Strategic Partner programs, provide recommendations, and facilitate resolutions. Conduct working groups and recommend solutions, perform technical analysis, support discussions/meetings, provide necessary research to support Bill of Materials development, system design support, and conduct studies and research on new technologies and/or initiatives. Facilitate and support infrastructure improvements as technology evolves to include developing and implementing strategies to meet future requirements. Review and recommend equipment configurations changes based upon cybersecurity directives and governance including established configuration management policy and cybersecurity practices.
Subtask 2 – Operation.
The contractor shall provide Strategic Partner outreach and advocacy while facilitating resolution to a wide range of complex security needs including navigating DISA’s information system end-to-end processes, vulnerability compliance, and cybersecurity issues. Facilitate information system Ports, Protocols and Services registration in DoD’s central registry system throughout system life cycle. Analyze major/critical cybersecurity sustainment problems for Strategic Partner programs, provide recommendations, and facilitate resolutions. Distribute the Government approved copy of the cybersecurity documentation to Strategic Partners. Research Strategic Partner program information using DISA cybersecurity tools to include DITPR, eMASS, Strategic Partner Portal, Budget Execution Reporting Tool reports, and ESPS. Use the Operations Support Branch official Knowledge Service portal as authoritative source for RMF policy and implementation guidelines. Perform hardware, software, and network cybersecurity engineering modernization, standardization, and automation activities. Perform quality assessments of Cybersecurity Division reports delivered to Strategic Partners.
