  • Maintain the health and stability of existing platform relationships by ensuring Hartford Funds' strategies remain competitive, visible, and well-supported.
  • Proactively manage platform risk by preparing for review cycles, addressing concerns, and working to mitigate potential downgrades or product removals.
  • Translate platform priorities into clear, actionable opportunities for distribution teams, supporting asset retention and advisor-level adoption.
  • Increase Hartford Funds' visibility through participation in key firm events, senior-level meetings, and advisor-facing initiatives.
  • Strengthen access across partner firms by supporting divisional engagement and facilitating connections between sales teams and home-office decision-makers.
  • Coordinate closely with sales leadership, Strategic Relationship Managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure aligned strategy, shared intelligence, and consistent execution.
  • Represent Hartford Funds with professionalism and credibility, reinforcing long-term partnerships and supporting a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management distribution, wealth management, or key account management, with direct responsibility for large or complex relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of national broker-dealers, wirehouses, banks, and regional firm platforms, including their operating models and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, align multiple stakeholders, and drive follow-through across teams.
  • Practical understanding of platform economics, product positioning, and due-diligence expectations.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to engage both senior executives and internal partners.
  • Highly organized mindset with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry designations preferred.
