Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data & Analytics function within the CFO organization, supporting enterprise analytics and data-driven decision-making.

This role serves as a strategic bridge between data and business decisions, transforming complex and raw data into meaningful insights that enable leadership to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and performance across reporting and analytics.
  • Translate complex data and analytics into clear, compelling narratives and actionable business insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
  • Support the continued development of a data-driven culture and advancement of enterprise analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other business teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into insights that support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Exposure to the broader Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Operations, or Corporate Strategy functions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
