Kavaliro is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager for a corporate client in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on managing strategic integration projects, particularly involving mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong background in project coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate with leadership, legal, and compliance teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding of acquired companies.
  • Manage the transfer of professional licenses, certifications, and equipment registrations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Present project updates and progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Track compliance and risk mitigation strategies throughout the integration process.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate project management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to present confidently to leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
