Job description

The Director of Strategic Integration operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change management, serving as the project leader for high-impact transformation initiatives. This role aligns cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates solution options, and manages complex initiatives to ensure strategic
priorities are effectively translated into execution. The Director partners closely with corporate teams and franchise leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in ways that are operationally practical for the franchise system. This position plays a critical role in driving collaboration, accountability, and
organizational alignment to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiative Execution
Support the Transformation Lead by serving as the project leader and facilitator, ensuring alignment on objectives, success metrics, roles, and responsibilities.
Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Operations, Training, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Franchise Support.
Build and maintain strong partnerships across departments to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and remove execution barriers.

Franchise Enablement & Rollout Support
Partner with franchise leadership and support teams to translate corporate initiatives into clear, actionable rollout plans.
Ensure initiatives are operationally feasible, clearly communicated, and supported by appropriate tools, training, and change management resources.
Incorporate franchisee feedback into initiative refinement to improve adoption, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.

Project & Program Management
Own the full lifecycle of assigned initiatives, applying project management principles from initiation through delivery.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
Guide initiatives through the transition from strategy and solution definition to implementation and execution.
Maintain project documentation including, implementation plans, schedules, weekly status reports, and action item tracking.

Change Management & Communication
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, communicate next steps clearly, and track commitments to completion.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for the leadership team, including updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Support change adoption through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement of accountability.

Qualifications Guidelines:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3+ yrs of experience in strategy execution, transformation, operations, or program management, preferably within a multi-unit franchise, or consumer-facing organization.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Strong project and program management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across corporate and franchise audiences.

Language Ability:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including the ability to clearly present complex strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Math Ability:
This position requires proficient business math and analytical skills.

Reasoning Ability:
Strong analytical and strategic problemsolving skills are required, along with operational rigor and a continuous improvement mindset. The role requires the ability to lead change, drive organizational effectiveness, and interpret data to inform sound business decisions.

Computer Skills:
Excellent personal computer literacy is required, with above average proficiency in O365 including Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Project Management Tools (Monday, Asana, Confluence, etc.), MarTech and other digital products.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position requires no direct supervisory responsibility.

Physical Demands:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (generally less than 20 pounds may be required) Occasional travel may be required based on business needs, approximately 25% during peak periods.
