Job description

About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness:  prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Strategic Initiatives Lead to build and scale Flow’s next major business line: ownership products. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly alongside Flow’s senior leadership across Real Estate, Development, Sales, Technology and Strategy to bring our condo and new development offerings from concept to market. You’ll define the playbook, stand up the operating model, and drive the cross-functional work required to create an industry leading operating model that is distinctly Flow.

This isn’t a support role, it’s a builder role. You’ll own the strategy, the timeline, and the outcomes.  You’ll both lead and get your hands dirty in details. You will have access to emerging technology (AI Toolsets) + proprietary software developed by Flow to power our ecosystem.

This role is an ideal fit for entrepreneurial minded individuals, who want to challenge themselves to invent in areas untouched by innovation for decades.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Line Development: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Flow’s ownership products (condos, new developments). Build the business case, identify target markets, and sequence the rollout.
  • Executive Partnership: Work directly with Flow’s top leaders as a strategic thought partner—not just executing their vision, but shaping it. Bring data, options, and recommendations to the table.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver against milestones. Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep velocity high.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the condo and new development landscape—buyer behavior, developer relationships, competitive positioning, and regulatory considerations.
  • Operating Model Design: Stand up the processes, tools, and team structure needed to run ownership as a scalable business unit within Flow.
  • Revenue Accountability: Own pipeline development metrics and early revenue targets for the ownership vertical. Report progress and adjust strategy based on what the data shows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep leadership and cross-functional partners aligned through clear, concise updates. Translate complexity into decisions.
Ideal Background
  • Experience: 4+ years in strategic initiatives, business development, new venture launch, investment banking or management consulting—ideally in proptech, real estate, or a high-growth operating company.
  • Business Building: Demonstrated experience standing up a new product line, market, or business unit from zero or near-zero. You’ve built the plane while flying it.
  • Real Estate Fluency: Familiarity with condo sales, new development processes, or developer relationships is a strong plus.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable operating alongside C-suite and senior leaders. You earn trust through preparation, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong with data—can build a financial model, size a market, and pressure-test assumptions without needing a dedicated analyst.
  • Communication: Excellent in docs, decks, and rooms. Can pitch a strategy to leadership and brief a cross-functional team with equal clarity.
  • AI & Tools: Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and modern productivity software to move faster and produce higher-quality work.
  • Location: Must be based in Miami. This is an in-person, full-time role.
Benefits

We take care of our people so they can do their best work.

  • Health and Wellness  Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance and parental leave benefits. On-staff doctor, free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, an Employee Assistance Program, and other wellness offerings.
  • Time Off  PTO and paid holidays.
  • Financial  401(k) retirement plan, healthcare and dependent care FSAs, HSA-compatible plan options with annual employer HSA funding and pre-tax commuter benefits.
  • Life at Flow  Weekly catered lunches, wellness classes and employee discounts on Flow hotel stays, grocer products, and merch.
