Role Overview

As a Strategic Finance Analyst on our finance team, you will build the models and scenarios that help leadership see around corners, pressure-testing strategy, weighing major investments, and bringing rigor to our most consequential decisions. The right candidate brings intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and analytical discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Range Planning & Scenario Analysis

  • Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the company's long-range financial plan
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress-test forecast across macro and strategic scenarios
  • Build scenario models to inform capital allocation and strategic investment decisions
  • Validate assumptions and update the plan as business conditions evolve

KPI Performance & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor KPI performance (ARR, Rule of 40, Magic Number, NRR, CAC Payback, etc.) against internal targets and industry benchmarks
  • Gather and synthesize benchmark data from public and private market sources to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunities
  • Track economic signals to surface opportunities and risks for leadership

Strategic Investments

  • Develop models to assess the financial impact of significant capital deployments and follow up on realized returns
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support major investment decisions
  • Build and maintain the frameworks that let us evaluate strategic opportunities quickly and rigorously

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
  • Expert financial modeling skills — you build models from scratch and defend every assumption
  • Strong command of SaaS business metrics and unit economics
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex analysis into clear executive-ready narratives
