Are you an experienced leader in manufacturing operations? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our plant's daily operations in Rupert, Idaho. This key role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the facility, drive performance improvements, and foster a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, direct, and manage plant operations, ensuring overall safety, quality, service, productivity, and financial performance.
  • Oversee the performance of subordinate department managers and office staff.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Execute annual operating budgets, offering recommendations and making adjustments as needed.
  • Drive employee development initiatives, including staffing, training, and career progression.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the plant and the company's corporate office, collaborating closely with corporate accounting and HR teams.
  • Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture that aligns with the company's values and business objectives.
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and drive strategies to meet corporate and regional business objectives.
  • Report directly to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications:
