The Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, with a focus on achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and fostering strong client relationships within the multifamily renovation, reconstruction, and restoration industry. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales estimation process, and ensuring the professional growth of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the multifamily construction sector, aiming to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Target Setting: Establish clear sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Estimators, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
