American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week outpatient/rehabilitation contract in Stockton, CA with an award-winning private practice.
Job Details
• Outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic setting,
• Patient care involves evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation programming across a range of physical therapy needs,
• Day shift schedule,
• 40-hour work week,
Job Requirements
• Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable),
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience,
• Degree in Physical Therapy required,
• Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation, evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries,
• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and familiarity with PT billing procedures (Medicare, workers' comp, private, auto, liens, and cash pay),
• Computer proficiency required, including typing, Microsoft Word, and internet,
• Ability to be physically mobile for 8-10 hour shifts, including stool sitting, walking, and prolonged standing,
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, assist with patient transfers, and provide mobility assistance,
