Job description

Program Manager - Signature Retail Services
Signature Retail Services is seeking a driven, client-focused Program Manager to lead national retail service programs for our brand and retail partners. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-savvy leader who excels at turning field insights, operational planning, and merchandising execution into measurable business impact.
The Program Manager serves as the primary partner for clients, ensuring programs are executed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. You will translate client goals into actionable plans for our field and operations teams while providing thoughtful reporting, performance analysis, and recommendations to drive long-term program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Program Leadership
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships built on communication, transparency, and trust.
  • Understand client goals, seasonal priorities, and KPIs, translating them into clear direction for field, operations, scheduling, and internal support teams.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of retail service programs-including planning, launch, execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Field Execution & Operational Coordination
  • Partner closely with operations, field leadership, scheduling, and training functions to ensure flawless execution across national programs.
  • Support program launches, resets, promotional initiatives, continuity service cycles, and special projects.
  • Manage escalations, troubleshoot store-level issues, and ensure timely resolution of merchandising, inventory, or compliance concerns.

Reporting, Analysis & Insights
  • Monitor program performance, execution quality, compliance, and field feedback through reporting and audits.
  • Analyze field data, retailer insights, inventory indicators, and POS performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations highlighting program results, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with internal reporting teams to refine dashboards, tracking tools, and KPI frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with vendor partners, client teams, and retail partners (Home Depot, Lowe's, and others) to align on program goals, execution priorities, and communication cadence.
  • Coordinate with print/fixture teams for POP, signage, and merchandising asset deployment as needed.
  • Support change management efforts tied to new programs, program enhancements, or retailer-driven updates.

Program Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Track program budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance against KPIs.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline execution across teams.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Signature Retail Services' quality standards for accuracy, professionalism, and impact.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail program management, account management, merchandising, field operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Home Improvement retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's) or similar big-box environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, tracking tools) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action plans.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams such as operations, field leadership, scheduling, and vendor partners.
  • Solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
