Overview
We are seeking an exceptional advertising Creative Director with art direction expertise to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven performance campaigns that engage International business audiences across multiple digital platforms.
As a creative leader, you will be leading in three main areas:
Part of the internal creative team to concept and create ideas end-to-end with production partners and internal stakeholders.
Partner with creative agencies in guiding them and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, strategic work that drives revenue for the business.
Experience and proof of using AI tools to create high impact work or to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and leads creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
Excels in the ability to ideate, develop, and refine campaign ideas
Leverages historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions
Works with AI and GenAI tools for creative ideation and production
Provides constructive guidance to external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative output across on- and off-platform deliverables such as digital ads, websites, sales enablement materials
Leads regular creative reviews and presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
Sets the creative inputs across creative testing plans to optimize creative
Fosters strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
Designs and develops visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding
Creates design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance campaign visuals
Stays up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing and implements relevant insights on the work

Requirements
Be fluent in Portuguese and English as the working group is from diverse backgrounds.
9+ years of work experience as a Creative Director in advertising or marketing or lead in a creative/design related occupation
Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Art Direction, or equivalent experience.
Key experience will be more art based but the candidate needs to also be a strong storyteller and have a good sense of copywriting.
Show work that is socially native in terms of format and duration.
Have a track record of other work that are beyond films, e.g. on-ground activation, digital builds etc.
Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production. Actual proof of how AI has benefitted workflow and output will be helpful. Use of AI beyond storyboard and visuals is key as those are already industrial standard.
Portfolio that showcases ability to develop innovative, concept-driven campaigns that drive results, a mastery of art direction, and design principles
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape
Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Have good experience in convincing stakeholders.
