Nous recherchons un(e) Product Owner possédant de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit ou dans un rôle similaire en environnement Agile/Scrum.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins d’affaires et des clients
  • Effectuer des recherches sur le marché et la concurrence afin d’identifier des opportunités d’amélioration
  • Traduire les exigences en récits utilisateurs et critères d’acceptation clairs
  • Gérer et prioriser le carnet de produit (product backlog)
  • Agir comme point de liaison entre les parties prenantes et l’équipe de développement
  • Participer aux cérémonies Scrum et soutenir la planification des sprints et des livraisons
  • Valider les livrables et recueillir les commentaires des utilisateurs afin de favoriser l’amélioration continue

Profil recherché :

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente comme Product Owner ou dans un environnement Agile
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodes Agile, Scrum et du SDLC
  • Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et en communication
  • Connaissance des systèmes logiciels, bases de données, API, modèles de données et concepts UX/UI
  • Expérience avec Jira Software
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe

We’re looking for a motivated Product Owner with 1-2 years of experience in product ownership or a similar Agile/Scrum role.

What you’ll do:

  • Gather and analyze business and customer needs
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities
  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support sprint/release planning
  • Validate deliverables and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of relevant Product Owner / Agile experience
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with software systems, databases, APIs, data models, and UX/UI
  • Experience with Jira Software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have: Experience managing ERP software products and knowledge of business processes such as CRM, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, or inventory.
