Field Laborer

From erosion control to liner systems and green infrastructure, our work makes an impact across the Southeast-and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
Job Duties:
  • Work as a team to safely achieve profitable job completion
  • Operate various hand tools and power tools
  • Perform a variety of physical labor activities
  • Promotes a safe and positive work environment
  • Occasional overnight travel

Physical Requirements
  • Work in all types of adverse weather
  • Must have sufficient physical stamina to perform construction type work such as lifting and carrying approximately 90 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing in and around construction equipment for 8-12 hour shifts

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Satisfactory criminal background check for job access
  • Knowledge of construction, landscaping or BMP maintenance and inspection
  • Experience operating construction equipment i.e. skid steer or excavator
