All Dry Services of East Louisville, a leading restoration company in the Bluegrass area, is looking for a full time Business Development Manager/Outside Sales specialist to champion our brand, develop new business relationships and drive new revenue opportunities. This is a sales role and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing business relationships, possesses the drive to win and never give up and has a true servant's heart. We do things differently here. This role will be responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline and meeting revenue goals

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with lead sources such as property managers, real estate agents, tradesmen and insurance agents thru in person meetings and sales calls.

  • Managing and attending community engagement and networking events.

  • Being the ‘face’ of our brand and articulating value

  • Documenting lead and client interactions in our CRM (client relationship management system)

The ideal candidate will have:
