Sunbelt Management is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian ofGrounds to join our team at our Sylacauga, Alabama apartment communities. Thisfulltime position plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance,cleanliness, and safety of the property grounds.

Position Summary

The Custodian of Grounds is responsible for the general upkeep andmaintenance of all outdoor areas. This includes mowing, landscaping, debrisremoval, and ensuring the grounds remain clean and welcoming for residents andvisitors. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support propertyoperations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
  • Maintain landscaping beds, shrubs, and trees as directed.
