Prior field construction experience is preferred, but we're ready to train motivated candidates who meet basic requirements and are eager to build a career in the construction trade. This role involves hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfort working at heights, climbing ladders, and performing physical outdoor work
  • Experience in gutter installation, repair, or maintenance preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
