Project Manager – Storefront & Glazing

Location: Baltimore, MD Area (Regional Travel Required)

 

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial storefront and glazing projects from post-sale through completion. Responsibilities include managing schedules, submittals, material procurement, installation, subcontractors, budgets, quality, and job site safety.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of storefront/glazing project management experience.
  • Experience with construction drawings, field measurements, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
