Role Overview:
Zomee is seeking an Amazon & Marketplaces Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Media & eCommerce, this is a pivotal role that supports online marketplaces to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the brand’s Amazon storefront, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, compelling product listings and enhanced brand presence with strategic merchandising.
  • Partner with the Go to Market team to support campaigns and promotions with a presence on the Amazon storefront and other marketplaces.
  • Stay on top of evolving trends and opportunities to help launch Zomee on new marketplaces including agentic commerce.
  • Work with Amazon support teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor competitors and marketplace changes, optimize listings and strategies to improve product ranking on marketplace search results.
  • Partner with the product team to build product and brand pages on online marketplaces that promote the new benefits, features and products that Zomee creates.
  • Report on marketplace performance, monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvements.
  • Launch monthly tests using an established testing framework and share results with team members.
  • Embrace a self-starter mentality and pursue new knowledge to help achieve key objectives.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing or similar.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Hands-on experience with optimizing product listings, testing images, text, and pricing.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics to drive insights and performance improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive marketplace success.
  • Strong understanding of promotional planning for online marketplaces.
  • Experience with Google Merchant API, Content API, and product feeds.
