  • Maintain clear documentation for architectures, runbooks, troubleshooting, and automation.
What You'll Bring

  • Expertise across StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler ADC/SDX, FAS, Citrix Studio, ADM, ShareFile, and Citrix licensing.
  • Deep experience with nFactor authentication, SSO/MFA integrations, and SSL/TLS troubleshooting and certificate management (PKI/ADCS).
  • Strong NetScaler SDX platform management experience (VPX instances, HA, LACP, VLANs, firmware/maintenance).
  • 5+ years of VMware vSphere/ESXi experience, including vCenter, DRS/HA, provisioning workflows, and automation (PowerCLI/pyVmomi).
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python; experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

  • Availability for 24/7 on-call rotation supporting NA/EMEA/APAC time zones.
  • Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, proxies).
  • Experience in global financial services environments strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
