Store Associate

The Store Associate role is responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills on a regular basis. Master product knowledge and serve as a key team member as you assist customers and share your wide range of product knowledge with the community. This position is required to effectively manage and oversee customer service, point-of-sale transactions, inventory maintenance, and merchandising. This position is structured for an action-oriented individual who leads by example and can spend extended periods of time walking and standing. This position reports directly to the Store Manager who will provide guidance and direction for all Store Associate activity.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Customer service
  • Processing customer transactions
  • Loading customer purchases
  • Merchandising and maintaining store standards
  • Accurate inventory management
  • Stock products and maintain store cleanliness
  • Process cash out procedure when necessary
Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate role is responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service and organizational skills on a regular basis. Master product knowledge and serve as a key team member as you unload trailers and organize product to maximize efficiency within the warehouse. This position is required to effectively manage and oversee receiving product, building orders, inventory maintenance, forklift operation, and warehouse cleanliness. This position is structured for an action-oriented individual who leads by example and can spend extended periods of time walking and standing. This position reports directly to the Store Manager who will provide guidance and direction for all Warehouse Associate activity.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private
  • Ability to safely operate a hand truck and a fork truck
  • Operate all equipment and vehicle in a safe manner and obey all safety rules
  • Receive and accurately load and rotate product
  • Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties

Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches. Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Effective communication. Understanding of feed products and willingness to learn and grow.
