Job description

The Warehouse Associate I is a mid-level position that supports the warehouse team. In this role, you will receive and process incoming shipments of materials and supplies used to make medical devices. You will also prepare and ship finished products to distribution centers, customers, and hospitals around the world. Your daily duties include shipping, receiving, checking deliveries, keeping accurate records, and helping maintain an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, pays attention to detail, follows safety procedures, and works well as part of a team.

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00Pm (with possible overtime as needed)

Location: Santa Rosa Ca

Positions open: 2 (one position is more junior and the other one is more senior)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production.
  • Ship finished products to customers and distribution centers.
  • Keep accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Work with other teams to ensure orders are correct and on time.
  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist with inventory counts and follow all safety procedures.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, or stockroom experience preferred.
  • Medical device or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience with shipping, inventory, and warehouse systems is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to read instructions, follow procedures, and keep accurate records.
  • Basic math skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to communicate well and work as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Use a computer to enter and review information.
  • Sit, stand, walk, and use your hands throughout the day.
  • Lift and move items up to 20 pounds when needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and pay close attention to details.
