Description:
Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities:

2. Maintains all store equipment including: refrigeration, A/C and heating equipment; coffee, cappuccino and tea makers; fountain, frozen drink and milkshake machines; all new kitchen equipment (when warranties expire).
3. Completes all preventative maintenance including changing A/C filters and cleaning equipment.
4. Maintains rental properties and Harvest Station Foods.
5. Maintains all store lighting (inside and out); sign maintenance; auto fuel price changers; all fuel issues (nozzles, hoses, swivels and breakaways); fuel filters; tank monitors; and Wayne Dispenser repairs.
6. Installs all of the following for new locations or remodels: refrigeration piping and setting equipment; wiring controls and start-up of equipment; fountain and coffee areas,
7. Ensures that all equipment, lighting and intercom systems are tested and running before new or remodeled store opens.
8. Any new projects that relate to maintenance.
9. Maintains a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
10. Reflects Weigel's image by interacting in a professional manner with guests, associates, peers, vendors and home office personnel. Maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere; motivating staff.
11. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
12. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Follows all schedules and personnel scheduling policies / procedures.
Requirements:
• REQUIRED - High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills - ability to utilize Microsoft windows environment to perform clock in and out procedures and company paperwork. Able to use all other home office equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and write English; solve practical problems; basic math skills. Follow written & verbal instructions; able to make change accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to stay focused; professional phone etiquette.
• PREFFERED - 2 years of trade school in Refrigeration and A/C.
Additional Info:
• Walking; standing for long periods of time; work varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays; work in outside weather conditions and extreme cold.
• Ability to use any and all materials necessary for proper installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Regularly lift and / or move up to 100 pounds and lift up to 3' high without another person's assistance. Able to climb ladders and maintain balance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
