Store Remodel Associates are retail employees responsible for assisting with the renovation, rearrangement, or updating of a store's layout and fixtures. Their duties typically include moving merchandise, assembling or disassembling shelving, setting up product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized during the remodel process. Store Remodel Associates help maintain a safe work environment and minimize disruption to regular store operations.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a store remodel associate?

To thrive as a Store Remodel Associate, you need strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and experience with basic construction or merchandising, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
