Store Manager
OnStage Dancewear & Performance
In-Store | Taylorsville, UT


At OnStage Dancewear, we believe every dancer deserves to feel confident, supported, and truly seen—from their very first class to their biggest performance.

We’re looking for someone who loves dance, thrives in a people-first environment, and is excited to grow into a leadership and buying role within a fast-growing, community-driven dancewear brand.


This is more than a retail position—it’s an opportunity to learn the business behind the artistry while making a meaningful impact in the dance community.


Position Details
This is an in-store position based in Taylorsville, UT.
This role is scheduled for 5 days per week, with a flexible schedule that may include some Saturdays, depending on store needs.


What You’ll Do

Create an Elevated In-Store Experience

  • Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment
  • Build strong relationships with dancers, parents, and studio owners
  • Support fittings with care, confidence, and product knowledge

Grow Into Buying & Merchandising

  • Assist with product selection and seasonal planning
  • Track inventory and support restocking processes
  • Learn to analyze sales trends and customer preferences
  • Work with leading dancewear brands and vendors

Support Daily Operations

  • Help manage inventory flow and store organization
  • Assist with team support, communication, and training
  • Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
  • Step into leadership responsibilities as you grow


Who You Are
  • Background in dance required (ballet/pointe experience strongly preferred)
  • Passionate about the dance community and helping others
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
  • Naturally personable and confident working with customers
  • Reliable, proactive, and open to feedback and growth
  • Interested in developing leadership and business skills
