Our client is a prestigious luxury fashion brand known for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and high-quality products. They are currently looking to add a Store Planning Assistant to join a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced luxury brand environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$24/hr - $28/hr
Position Overview
The Store Planning team is seeking a detail-oriented Store Planning Assistant to support project coordination, data tracking, vendor follow-up, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Of The Store Planning Assistant
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Track invoices, shipments, timelines, and project data.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking and basic formulas.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding deliveries and outstanding items.
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation.
  • Support the Store Planning team with day-to-day tasks.
Required Experience/Skills For The Store Planning Assistant
  • Experience in administrative support, data entry, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
