Job description

We are seeking a Men's Tailoring Specialist Associate for a Men's Apparel Retail Store in downtown Lake Mary, FL! You will be working directly with customers to find that just right look. The store specializes in unique designs and accessories for professional men's wear, including tuxedos.


Responsibilities:

  • Working will assisting customers with selection of suits, tuxedos and men's business attire
  • Generate custom orders for customers
  • Promote exceptional customer service to customers
  • Maintain store appearance with stylish merchandizing
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Flexible hours working 25 - 30 hours per week.
  • Store operating hours are Tues - Sat 10am - 7pm


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Experience with men's apparel and measuring a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for fashion
