Hourly Rate of $18.00
Part-Time, Seasonal (September to April)

  • Up to 30-hours a week (weekend work required)

  • Lots of travel - travel accommodations and meals are covered when working off-site

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The purpose of this role is to represent Blue Mountain at events, interact directly with guests and community members, and help drive engagement, excitement, and awareness for the resort's offerings. The Brand Promotions Intern is a professional, self-starter, who seizes opportunities and presents Blue Mountain confidently when promoting what we offer to potential guests. The Intern exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun.

  • Leading interactive installations, activations and events for guests.

  • Distributing promotional material, encouraging participation in activities, and coordinating trials of resort experiences.

  • Engaging guests, leading activations, and ensuring on-site presence is fun and on-brand.

  • Assisting with set-up, execution, and tear down of promotional installations and experiential booths.

  • Leveraging social media to promote events, seasonal launches, and guest experiences.

  • Tracking and reporting event feedback, guest engagement, and providing ideas for future activations.

  • Maintaining promotional materials and ensuring brand standards are always upheld.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • An outgoing, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for Blue Mountain and all we have to offer

  • Valid Driver's License (G license) and a reliable vehicle required

  • Valid passport (required for travel to promotional markets) required

  • Willingness to represent Blue Mountain in photoshoots and social media posts
